To engage in the construction of residential buildings and commercial properties, the Canadian Subsidiary will rely on the expertise transferred from the Parent Company by Mr. Pezhman Khakbaz.
The Company will take advantage of the rising demand for housing in Canada, especially in large cities such as Toronto. Furthermore, the Canadian Subsidiary will engage in constructing swimming pools and education centers.
Arsh Gostar Pasargad Inc. will offer its clients the opportunity to be involved in each step of a construction project, from early visions, drafts, and suggestions to final production and actual construction. Moreover, the Company will offer construction consulting, including coordinating the design process, drawings, engineering work, and permit acquisition.
Firstly, the Company will present the design concept created in accordance with the client’s inputs, and the accompanying 3D renderings.

Upon receiving the offers from various subcontractors, Arsh Gostar Pasargad Inc. will choose the best one, keeping in mind the project completion dates, the quality of raw materials, and their price.
Before beginning on-site construction, the Company will compile the total project cost. Upon the client’s approval, Arsh Gostar Pasargad Inc. will streamline the production, covering all aspects of the project development, from early drawings, to permits and final construction.
